This course will look at the staggering numbers of errors made in the medical field, and then concentrate on errors made by therapists in the mental health field, including errors in documentation, dual relationships, handling suspected abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse, assessing mental illness, maintaining confidentiality, and assessing and treating suicide.
